You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less chili powder and cayenne pepper to the marinade. Enjoy these delicious Brazilian-inspired skewers with rice, salad, or your favorite side dishes.

Thread the tofu, bell peppers, red onion, zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, and pineapple chunks onto the soaked bamboo skewers, alternating the ingredients as desired. |
