For the blend:

1 large ripe mango (about 1 cup), peeled and chopped

Optional:
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients for the base into a blender and process until smooth. Set aside.
2. Add all the ingredients for the blend into the same blender as the base and process until smooth. If using optional chia seeds, stir them in just before blending.
3. Pour the mixture into two glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing Tropical Green Smoothie!
Note: You can also add ice cubes if you prefer a colder consistency.
