* 1/4 cup chopped red onion (optional)
* 1/4 cup diced fresh ginger (optional)
For the Chia Seeds:
* 1/4 cup raw chia seeds
Instructions:
1. For the Mango Lassi Base: Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If desired, pour into a pitcher and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to intensify.
2. For the Tropical Fruits: Place all the fruits in a large bowl and toss together. Divide the mixture evenly among four glasses or parfait dishes.
3. For the Chia Seeds: Add the chia seeds to each serving of tropical fruits and mix well. Allow the seeds to soak and soften for about 10 minutes before serving.
4. To Serve: Ladle the mango lassi base over the prepared fruits and chia seed mixture. Garnish with additional fresh fruit, edible flowers, and optional toppings like coconut flakes, cacao nibs, or crushed peanuts. Enjoy immediately!
Note: You can also use other types of milk such as cashew, oat, or rice milk instead of almond milk if preferred.
