Ingredients:
For the base:
1 cup unsweetened coconut water kefir
1 small ripe banana, sliced
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup diced mango (optional)
Optional ingredients:
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients for the base to a blender and puree until smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender once or twice.
2. Pour the contents of the blender into a pitcher and stir in the desired amount of ice cubes.
3. Taste test and adjust seasoning as needed. Some people like their punch more sweet, while others prefer a tart flavor. You can also add additional fruit if you desire.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy! Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Note: To make this recipe even easier, you can use pre-made coconut water kefir or yogurt from the store. Just be sure to choose a brand without added sugars or preservatives!
