Combine all the ingredients for the mocktail base in a large pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, covered. Remove from heat and let steep for at least 2 hours or overnight. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine-mesh sieve into another large pot. Discard the solids. Chill the mixture thoroughly before using.
To make one serving (about 1 cup), combine:
¾ cup chilled Caribbean dreamz mocktail base
1 cup ice cubes
Optional garnishes: edible flowers, mint leaves, thinly sliced pineapple, or grated coconut
