Do you ever find yourself with an abundance of fresh herbs and not quite sure what to do with them? Or maybe you’re looking to add some extra flavor to your dishes without adding any additional calories or fat. Look no further than these simple and delicious herb-infused vegan olive oil drizzles!

In this recipe, I’ll show you how to make three different infusions using basil, garlic, and chili peppers. Each one takes just minutes to prepare and can be stored in your fridge for up to two weeks. Plus, they’re perfect for dressing salads, roasting vegetables, or simply dipping bread into.

So let’s get started!

Ingredients:

* 1 cup of your favorite fresh herbs (basil, parsley, cilantro, mint, etc.)
* 1/4 cup of chopped garlic
* 1/4 cup of chopped chili peppers (optional)
* 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
* Glass jars or containers with lids (I use mason jars)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the fresh herbs, chopped garlic, and chopped chili peppers (if using).
2. Pour the extra virgin olive oil over the mixture until all the ingredients are completely covered.
3. Use a spoon or whisk to gently mix everything together.
4. Divide the mixture evenly among your glass jars or containers.
5. Place the lids on tightly and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
6. After the infusion process is complete, strain the solids from the oil using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
7. Discard the solids and transfer the oil to a clean container.
8. Label and store your herb-infused olive oil drizzles in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
