Can vegans eat any meat?
Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of animals for food, clothing or any other purpose. This includes not eating or drinking animal products, such as meat (including fish, poultry and dairy), eggs, honey, gelatin, and other animal-derived ingredients.
So, in short, vegans cannot eat any meat, including beef, pork, lamb, chicken, turkey, and seafood. They also avoid consuming animal byproducts like milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, cream, ice cream, and other dairy products. Additionally, many vegans choose to avoid using personal care products and household items that have been tested on animals or contain animal ingredients.
